I came to Erica with a lot of physical limitations and she was more than willing to help me and work around those limitations. She’s really compassionate and mindful and will adjust on the fly if something isn’t working..she’s a great sounding board and if she doesn’t know something she will find out. All in all a really positive trainer .. she’s helped me a whole lot in my few months with her..
